在(zai)圓柱齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)過程(cheng)中,齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)夾(jia)具(ju)的(de)使用(yong)是影響生產(chan)效率和產(chan)品質量(liang)的(de)重要(yao)因素。根據齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)結構(gou)和工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝要(yao)求,需要(yao)設計精(jing)(jing)密車輛(liang)、滾齒(chi)(chi)(chi)、插齒(chi)(chi)(chi)、磨齒(chi)(chi)(chi)等專(zhuan)用(yong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)具(ju)夾(jia)具(ju)。如果工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)的(de)定位(wei)基準(zhun)尺寸精(jing)(jing)度(du)(du)不是很高(gao),也(ye)可(ke)(ke)以通過改(gai)進夾(jia)具(ju)結構(gou)來提(ti)高(gao)定位(wei)精(jing)(jing)度(du)(du)。在(zai)當(dang)今市場(chang)上,在(zai)高(gao)精(jing)(jing)度(du)(du)、高(gao)可(ke)(ke)靠性、高(gao)效自動夾(jia)定位(wei)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)夾(jia)具(ju)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)拉鍵后(hou),經常使用(yong)錐形(xing)芯(xin)軸(zhou)(zhou)來提(ti)高(gao)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)坯,如圖1所示。利用(yong)錐形(xing)芯(xin)軸(zhou)(zhou)擰緊工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)內孔(kong),可(ke)(ke)有效保證工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)組裝基準(zhun)與加工(gong)(gong)(gong)基準(zhun)的(de)同軸(zhou)(zhou)度(du)(du),提(ti)供良好的(de)端面基準(zhun)。但在(zai)使用(yong)過程(cheng)中,工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)需要(yao)在(zai)砧鐵上加固夾(jia)緊,容易損壞(huai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)內孔(kong)和“燒蝕”芯(xin)軸(zhou)(zhou)。此(ci)外(wai),芯(xin)軸(zhou)(zhou)在(zai)兩個(ge)頂部的(de)定位(wei)剛度(du)(du)較(jiao)(jiao)差,因此(ci)端面和徑向跳動在(zai)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)坯時較(jiao)(jiao)大。
